Retail Métier has been involved in the customer service industry for
over 20 years and has built a solid reputation in assisting businesses
in ‘raising the bar’ in Customer service.
Our experience and knowledge comes from a combination of 150 years in
retail and customer service. Working with corporate firms such as Oporto,
Holiday Inn and Fitness First.
For over 2 years Retail Métier has measured the success of the Customer
Audit Programs and the phenomenal accomplishments are evident in the outstanding
results in both customer and staff retention.
Retail Métier works on the philosophy that there are two types of customers
internal and external. Traditionally, the focus was on external customers
with little thought given to how internal departments interacted.
Improving relationships with internal customers (staff) assists delivery
of better customer service to external customers, increased quality and
better communication. Hence the ‘customer’ becomes the generic term we
use to describe a person that relies on us to move forward on a day to
day basis.
